We know you’re excited to receive your order, so here’s a clear guide on what to expect from the moment you click “buy” to when your package arrives at your door. At Thegrowings, we aim to make every step as smooth as possible, and being transparent about timelines and processes is part of that commitment.

Getting Your Order (Processing & Shipping)

Every order goes through a preparation phase before it leaves our facility. We dedicate up to 3 working days to carefully process and pack your items. Once your package is on its way, the delivery journey typically takes between 7 and 20 working days, as we coordinate shipments from various fulfillment centers across the globe to reach you wherever you are. You’ll receive a tracking number, and please allow 3 to 7 days after your order has shipped for that tracking information to become active and show movement.

Changing Your Mind (Cancellation Window)

We understand that plans can change quickly. If you need to cancel, you have a 12-hour window after placing your order to do so. Because we prioritize getting your items to you as fast as possible, our team often begins processing orders shortly after they come in. Past that 12-hour mark, the order is likely already in the preparation or shipping phase, and we’re unable to intercept it. We appreciate your understanding of this swift process.

When Something's Not Right (Damages, Defects, Errors)

If your order arrives and you discover a defect, an incorrect item, or damage, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. We’re here to help make things right. Before you send anything back, it’s essential that you contact our customer service team first so we can review the situation. Once we’ve assessed your case and given approval, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please note that Thegrowings reserves the right to decline a return request based on the review.

Returning an Item (Costs & Exceptions)

For any return that is approved, the shipping costs to send the item back to us are your responsibility. Additionally, the original shipping charges from your order are not refundable. It’s also important to know that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations. These final sale categories are:

  • Cosmetics
  • Lingerie
  • Underwear and shapewear
